Bypass Microsoft Account on Windows 11 Setup? [Updated July 2025]

Setting up or upgrading to Windows 11 can be annoying. Why? Because it wants you to be online when you do your setup.
How to bypass?
When it asks for you to connect to the internet, press Shift + F10
This will give you a command prompt window. Type in command: oobe\BypassNRO
